Allergy Warning

We use a variety of ingredients in our products. It is crucial to understand that at some point, one ingredient may have come into contact with another. You need to be aware of the ingredients and potential allergens that could impact you, as we manage various other ingredients and possible allergens in our facility. Ingredients and finished products may have interacted. Furthermore, some ingredients may contain components that are potential allergens.

Returns/Exchange Policy

Our Returns/Exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I will notify you when I receive and inspect your return, and I will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact me at support@gracefullyhandmade.com immediately so I can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to the USA. We hope to expand our shipping areas in the future. 

All orders will typically ship within a 2-3 business day (Monday- Friday) window.

All domestic orders (lower 48 states in the US) over $100 will receive free shipping via USPS ground. If you require your order sooner, please choose expedited shipping, which incurs additional charges.

USPS Priority Mail is our standard carrier of choice and is a very reliable service. However, there are times when packages can be misdelivered or go missing due to theft. BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCATION: If tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive it, I cannot file a claim with USPS. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns about delivery, please contact me by email, and I will require a signature for the delivery of your order, regardless of the order amount.
